RHUBARB PUDDING 
4 c. rhubarb, cut in chunks
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 (9 oz.) pkg. Jiffy cake mix (white or yellow)
5 tbsp. melted butter

Put rhubarb chunks in greased 9x9 inch pan. Layer sugar, Jello and cake mix over rhubarb. Add water gently, and do not stir. Pour melted butter over the top and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
