YUMMY YAMS 
1/2 stick butter
3 c. sweet potatoes, boiled and mashed
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

Mix all well and pour in buttered casserole or pyrex dish.

Topping:

1 stick butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained

Melt butter and cream in flour and sugar. Add egg and pineapple. Mix and pour on top of sweet potato mixture.

Bake 40 minutes at 350°F or till browned.
