CORN SOUFFLE 
1 can cream style corn
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour

Mix the above together. Add: Salt and pepper to taste

Add 1/2 cup milk. Top with crushed Ritz crackers and 2 tablespoons melted butter over top of all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
