PORK CHOPS WITH RICE 
2 c. Minute Rice
1 can mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
3/4 c. water
Pork chops
2 c. chopped carrots; optional
1 pkg. onion soup

Season pork chops then brown. Mix 1 can mushroom, 8 ounces of sour cream, and 3/4 cup of water.

Get 9 x 13 baking pan spread 1 cup of rice on bottom. Put pork chops on top. Spread mixture over it. Spread 1 package onion soup over that. Put other cup of rice over that and then sprinkle chopped carrots over that and cover with aluminum foil and cook for an hour at 325 degrees. Check at half hour. Make and see if dry. If dry add 1/2 cup of water over top.
