BREAKFAST EGG CASSEROLE | |
8 eggs 4 c. scalded milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 8 slices bread, buttered and cubed 2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 2 pinches dry mustard Beat eggs slightly, blend in salt, pepper, mustard. Slowly stir in hot milk and fold in bread and cheese. Place in 9x13 inch pan and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
