1/2 c. rice
2 c. boiling water
1 c. marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 can evaporated milk

Boil rice and water until rice is done. Add marshmallows, stirring until melted. Add sugar and stir well. Cool slightly and add pineapple. When you serve the pudding, pour evaporated milk over it.
