STAY ABED STEW | |
2 lb. stew meat, cubed 1 can tiny peas (liquid included) 1 lb. sliced raw carrots 2 chopped onions 1 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1 lg. potato, sliced 1 can tomatoes or a can of mushroom soup or 1 can tomato soup Mix in casserole with tight lid. Dilute with 1/2 cup water. Bake at 275 degrees for 5 hours. |
