FRENCH ONION RICE 
1 c. long grain rice
1 can French onion soup (use condensed)
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 c. boiling water
6 oz. can sliced mushrooms
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. parsley flakes

Dissolve bouillon cubes in the 2 cups of boiling water, then combine all ingredients in large casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
