FRENCH ONION BEEF STROGANOFF | |
I like to cook this in an electric skillet. Beef cut of your choice or Hamburger (1 1/2 lb.) 2 cans Campbell's French Onion Soup 1 to 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter 3/4 to 1 cup dairy sour cream egg noodles or Minute Rice In butter, cook meat on medium heat until done and tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add in only enough flour to absorb grease. Stir in French Onion Soup cans and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes (this tenderizes meat). As meat is simmering, cook egg noodles/minute rice. Once pasta / rice is cooked, stir in sour cream and serve over pasta / egg noodles. Submitted by: Elizabeth |
