FRENCH FRIED ONION CHICKEN 
boneless skinless chicken breast
French's fried onions
extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Put a small amount of extra virgin olive oil in a container or Ziploc bag.

In a separate container, French fried onions. Dip chicken in extra virgin olive oil, then dip in onions.

Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes (may vary depending on amount of chicken and oven, etc.)
