GOLDEN PORK CHOPS & POTATOES | |
4 pork chops 4 sm. potatoes, sliced thinly 1 sm. onion, sliced thinly Seasoned salt & pepper 1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup Brown pork chops on both sides in large skillet. Salt and pepper. Pour off grease. Place sliced onions and potatoes in bottom of skillet. Salt and pepper. Arrange pork chops on top of potatoes and onions. Pour golden mushroom soup over top of chops. Cover skillet and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour (until pork chops are done and potatoes are tender). Once, during cooking, move pork chops and turn potatoes. Serves 4. |
