BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. diced cheese spread
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
2 c. cooked rice

In saucepan, in hot oil, cook celery and onion until tender-crisp. Combine soup and milk, stir in celery-onion mixture, cheese, broccoli and rice. Pour into 6x10 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot. 8 servings.
