SAUSAGE AND BROCCOLI PIE 
1 pkg. frozen cut broccoli
1 lb. mild sausage
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/3 c. milk
1 can mushrooms, drained (optional)
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 uncooked pie shell

Cook broccoli and drain; set aside. Brown sausage and drain off the fat. Mix soup and milk; set aside about 1/4 of soup-milk mixture to go on top of pie later. Mix broccoli, sausage, soup mixture, mushrooms and onions; pour into pie shell. Pour remaining soup mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 4-5 servings.
