6 oz. ground sausage
4 oz. cheese, grated
4 eggs
Unbaked pie shell
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown sausage. Add half of the cheese to unbaked pie shell. Add sausage and rest of the cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together. Pour into pie shell. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
