TERIYAKI SAUCE 
2 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix together above ingredients. Add 1 tablespoon hot water to dissolve sugar. This is for about 5 pounds of meat. Cut meat into strips or cubes. Lay in a container. Add sauce and enough water to cover. Marinade overnight.
