TERIYAKI SAUCE 
1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
1/2 c. dry sherry
1 inch slice ginger root, shredded
1 garlic clove, minced

Pureed in a blender, let stand for 30 minutes. Drain and reserve the marinade.
