TERIYAKI CHICKEN SAUCE | |
1/2 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. water 2 tsp. fresh or powdered ginger 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed generously 3+ cloves fresh garlic or 2 tsp. powdered garlic Cook chicken in above sauce on top of range until sauce is thickened and meat is completely cooked. Serve with rice for a tasty Japanese meal. |
