TERIYAKI SAUCE 
2 c. soy sauce (Kikkoman)
1/2 c. sugar
4 cloves garlic (diced)
3 tbsp. cooking wine

Combine soy sauce and sugar. Stir well. Dice garlic cloves and add to sauce. Add cooking wine, stir well.

Add sugar for sweeter flavoring or add soy sauce for less sweetness.

For larger portions of meat double recipe. Makes enough for approximately 6 chicken breasts or 3 steaks.
