HONEY-BAKED BANANAS 
4 ripe but firm bananas
2 tsp. melted butter
1/4 c. honey
1 tbsp. orange juice
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut bananas in half crosswise. Brush with butter. Arrange in a shallow dish. Combine honey and orange juice in a small bowl. Mix well and pour over bananas. Sprinkle with pecans.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Serves 8.
