HONEY BAKED CHICKEN 
2 (1 1/2 to 2 lb.) chickens, cut up
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder

Heat oven to 350°F. Place chicken pieces in a shallow baking pan, skin side up. Combine butter, honey, mustard, salt and curry powder and mix well. Pour over chicken and bake 1 1/4 hours, basting every 15 minutes until chicken is tender and nicely browned.

Serves 4 to 6.
