CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
8 thin slices ham, cooked
8 thin slices Swiss cheese
salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs

Sauce:

1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice

Pound chicken 1/4-inch thick. Place ham slice and cheese slice on each. Roll and secure with toothpick. Dip in melted butter and roll in mixture of corn flake crumbs and spices.

Bake in glass baking dish, uncovered, in preheated 400°F oven for 40 minutes.

Sauce: Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream and lemon juice together and heat in a microwave dish for 1 minute or until warm. Spoon over chicken when serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
