LA CROCK-POT CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
3 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
6 sm. ham slices
6 sm. Swiss cheese slices
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup

Cut each breast in half and pound until thin. Place ham slice and cheese slice on each piece of chicken. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Dip chicken rolls into mixture of flour, cheese, sage and pepper. Chill chicken for 1 hour.

I didn't pound the chicken thin. I just sprayed the crock pot with cooking spray, placed the chicken breasts on the bottom of the crock pot, sprinkled the spices on top, then layered the swiss cheese, and the ham. Then I emptied the soup on top of the mixture. I let it cook for 8 hours on low. It was delicious!
