VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. mayonnaise
3 c. Velveeta cheese, melted (1 lb.)

Mix above and place in baking dish. Crush 1 package Ritz crackers; sprinkle on top. Add 1 stick melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
