VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-all, drained
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. water chestnuts, cut up & drained
1 c. cheddar cheese

Mix together all ingredients. Place in a buttered casserole. Add topping.

TOPPING:

1 pkg. Ritz crackers
1/2 stick melted butter

Mix together. Put on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until bubbly.
