1 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. white syrup

Mix cocoa and sugar. Add syrup and milk. Cook until sugar is dissolved. Boil until soft ball. Add butter, cool and add vanilla. Beat until creamy.
