TACO SALAD 
1/2 head lettuce, cut up
1 bunch green onions, cut fine
2 med. tomatoes, cut med. fine
5 oz. pkg. corn chips
15 oz. can Brooks chili beans, drained
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. bottle Ranch dressing

Mix lettuce, onions, tomatoes, chili beans and cheese together. Refrigerate. Immediately before serving add chips and dressing. (This will allow chips to remain crunchy.) Mix well. Enjoy! Serves 20.
