SAUERKRAUT AND PORK AND RICE
CASSEROLE
 
1 sm. can sauerkraut
1 1/3 c. minute rice
1 1/3 c. water
1 lb. bulk sausage

Cook rice as directed on box. Fry sausage until brown. Mix sauerkraut (do not drain), rice, and sausage together. Put in a casserole and warm in oven (350 degrees).
