CROCK POT CHOCOLATE CAKE
1 box chocolate cake mix 8 oz sour cream 1 pkg instant chocolate pudding 1 cup chocolate chips 4 eggs 3/4 cup oil 1 cup water Mix all ingredients together. Pour into lightly greased 5qt crock pot, metal coffee can or Crock Pot Cake Bake pan. Cover. Cook 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.

OMG! Amazing cake - and only limited by your imagination. I have made the chocolate with coffee instead of water, then tried lemon cake mix with lemon pudding and lemonade instead of water; next came red velvet cake with chocolate pudding and chocolate chips (delicious). Next I am going to try German chocolate cake mix with chocolate pudding, brickle chips and coconut. Then I am going to try spice cake with butterscotch pudding and butterscotch chips. Everyone at work LOVES theses cakes!

This cake RULES!!! I lined the crock with parchment paper before cooking and the cake lifts right out with ease. Without the paper its a bit of a challenge -- Get creative with this cake - there are no limitations to what you can make!!

If you're cooking it on high you might not want to leave it on for 3 hours. It burned a little bit on the bottom.
