TOMATO ZUCCHINI SURPRISE 
4 med. zucchini squash
1/4 c. salad oil
1 clove garlic
4 lg. tomatoes, peeled and sliced
1/4 tsp. oregano, salt, pepper
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 lb. Swiss or Mozzarella cheese strips

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cut squash in slices and saute in garlic and oil until lightly brown.

Place squash and tomatoes in 2 quart greased casserole. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Cover top layer with cheese strips. Bake uncovered 30 minutes, 375 degrees.
