SAUSAGE RAVIOLI 
3 hot Italian sausage
3 sweet Italian sausage
1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 pkg. frozen cheese ravioli
1 sm. jar Ragu
1 (16 oz.) canned tomatoes
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
3 tbsp. butter
1-2 tbsp. red wine
Parmesan cheese

Cook ravioli according to directions. Boil sausage 15 minutes. Drain and cool. Discard casings and slice diagonally. Saute sausage, onion, mushrooms, and pepper in 3 tablespoons butter. Add Ragu, tomatoes, and spices. Bring to boil, adding red wine.

Alternate layers of ravioli and cheese and sauce (end with sauce). Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
