SAUSAGE BEAN BAKE 
1 lb. hot or mild Italian sausage, bulk or links with casing removed,
chopped, cooked and drained
1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can yellow beans drained
2 lbs. canned baked beans with onion and bacon
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can red chili beans in gravy
1 (16 oz.) can lima or butter beans, drained
1 c. onion, peeled, ends removed, chopped
1/2 c. celery, washed ends removed, chopped
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. catsup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1/4 lb. bacon strip or 1 inch squares, optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 4 quart casserole dish combine Italian sausage, green beans, yellow beans, baked beans, kidney beans, red chili beans, lima or butter beans, onion, celery, brown sugar, mustard, catsup and tomato soup. Mix well. Top with bacon strips or squares. Cover and bake 1 hour. Uncover and bake 1 hour. Serves 16.
