SPINACH BARS | |
1 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed 1 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1/2 to 3/4 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1 c. milk 2 eggs 1 c. onion, diced 3/4 stick butter, melted Sift flour, powder and salt. Beat milk and eggs together. Squeeze out excess liquid from spinach. Mix all ingredients together. Spread evenly in the 13 x 9 inch cookie pan (ungreased). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Takes 5 minutes to reheat. Serve warm. |
