LOBSTER SHRIMP CASSEROLE | |
1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 c. chopped celery 8 oz. cooked lobster, cut up 1 (5 3/4 oz.) can of shrimp 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. bread crumbs Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs. Place in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until celery is done. Serves 4 to 6. |
