ROCKEFELLER SALAD 
4 slices of bacon (diced and cooked crisp, save grease)
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
4 c. shredded red cabbage
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
1 pkg. goat cheese (4 oz.), crumbled

Mix all ingredients except cabbage, bacon and goat cheese, with bacon grease to be used to make the dressing. Saute' cabbage in dressing and add 1/2 of the goat cheese, and all of the walnuts. Heat thoroughly. Garnish with bacon and the other 1/2 of the goat cheese.
