CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs
2 2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 450°F. Brush crust with egg whites to seal before you add the liquid.

Beat eggs slightly. Add other ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake 20 minutes then reduce oven temperature to 350.

Bake until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
