CUSTARD PIE 
9-Inch Unbaked Crust:

4 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 2/3 c. milk (heat until warm)
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

8-Inch Unbaked Crust:

3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk

Mix ingredients together and pour into prepared crust.

Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes, then 350°F for 35-40 minutes until knife inside filling is clean.
