SOUR CREAM MUFFINS 
1 stick butter
1 stick butter
2 c. self-rising flour
8 oz. sour cream

Melt butter and butter. Add flour and sour cream. Beat on low with a mixer. Batter will be slightly lumpy but the flour should be mixed thoroughly into the batter. Spray muffin liners and fill each muffin cup 1/3 full.

Bake at 400°F for 20-30 minutes. Have an extra batch ready, because these are so good when they are warm, that everyone will want MORE!
