2 (3 oz. each) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar

Combine cream cheese and butter; add milk and vanilla. Gradually add sugar until frosting reaches spreading consistency.
