FRUIT AND CREAM LAYERED SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. carton strawberry yogurt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
3 c. peaches, sliced
2 c. blueberries
2 c. seedless grapes
20 oz. can mandarin oranges, well drained

Combine cream cheese, yogurt, sugar and lemon juice. Beat until smooth. Add thawed whipped topping and almond extract; beat until smooth and thick. Refrigerate.

In large glass bowl, layer strawberries, peaches and blueberries. Spoon half the topping over fruit. Layer grapes and oranges and cover with rest of topping. Refrigerate until serving. (Other fruits, such as raspberries, can be used.) Makes about 15 servings.
