PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE SALAD 
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into pieces
1 box cherry Jello
1 c. hot water
1 (#3) can fruit cocktail
1/2 pt. whipped cream

Bring to a boil crushed pineapple, sugar and lemon juice. Remove from heat and add cream cheese. Now in large mixing bowl, dissolve cherry Jello in hot water. Add fruit cocktail and pour in pineapple mixture. Place in refrigerator until it begins to thicken, then add 1/4 to 1/2 pint whipped cream and place back in the refrigerator until congealed.
