CORNED BEEF LEMON SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 c. cut-up celery
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
3 hard cooked eggs, cut up
1 can corned beef, broken into pieces

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. When lukewarm, stir in salad dressing. When mixture starts to jell, add celery, green pepper, onion, eggs and corned beef. Pour into mold and refrigerate until set. Unmold and serve.
