CORNED BEEF LEMON SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. salad dressing
1 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tsp. chopped onion
3 hard-cooked eggs, cut up
2 cans corned beef, broken into pieces

Combine all ingredients and mold. Serves 8.
