4 c. diced fresh apples
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda

Cut apples in rather large pieces, add sugar and mix well; add oil and well beaten eggs. Mix in all other ingredients and bake in a 9 x 12 inch pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. This is good served warm with whipped cream.
