MR. FROST'S APPLE NUT CAKE 
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. pecans, chopped
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
3 c. all purpose flour
3 c. chopped apples

Cream together the oil and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time beating well after each. Sift together the dry ingredients and add, blending well. Stir in the vanilla and apples. Fold in chopped nuts. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours.
