APPLE/NUT COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix thoroughly with fork in large bowl. 1/2 c. yogurt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 c. oil

Mix thoroughly with fork in small bowl.

When well mixed, pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well. Add 3/4 cup chopped dried apples reconstituted in 1/2 cup water. Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Pour into greased and floured 8x8 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Top with icing made of 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 3-6 tablespoons milk.
