4 c. apples, diced
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix apples and sugar in large bowl. Add oil, nuts, eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients, mix well. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
