CHERRY MARSHMALLOW DESSERT | |
Combine: 16-20 graham crackers, crushed 3 tbsp. melted butter 1/4 c. sugar Heat over double boiler or in microwave until melted: 18 lg. marshmallows 1/2 c. milk Then cool. Whip: 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 (22 oz.) can cherry pie filling Put half of crumb mixture on bottom of buttered 9 x 9 inch dish. Combine marshmallows and whipped cream. Pour half on crumbs. Spread can of pie filling, then other half of marshmallows and remainder of crumbs. Chill at least 3 hours. |
