SPICY DILLED BEANS 
2 lb. young string beans
4 lg. heads dill
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 cloves garlic
2 c. water
2 c. white vinegar
1/8 c. plain salt

Wash and stem beans. Pack on end in 4 pint jars. Add a head of dill, 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper and a clove of garlic to each jar. Make a brine of water, vinegar and salt. Bring to boil and pour over beans to cover seal.
