DILL GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
3 cans cut green beans
Bacon drippings
1 1/2 tsp. dill weed

Put beans and their liquid in a saucepan. Season with bacon drippings; add dill and simmer for 45 minutes. Let cool in liquid 3 or 4 hours (or overnight in refrigerator).

SAUCE:

6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 c. bean juice
3 tsp. onion, grated
Salt to taste
1 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 tsp. Accent
Dash of Tabasco
Cheese, grated

Melt butter, remove from heat and add flour. Blend well. Replace on medium heat, adding remaining ingredients, except cheese. Stir until sauce begins to thicken. Pour sauce over drained beans. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
