CRISP DILLED BEANS 
2 lbs. young tender beans
1 tsp. red pepper
4 cloves garlic
4 lg. heads dill
2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pt. vinegar

Leave beans whole. Pack in pint jars. To each jar, add 1/4 teaspoon red pepper, 1 clove garlic, and 1 head of dill. Heat salt, water, and vinegar; bring to a boil. Pour over beans, seal, and process for 5 minutes in boiling water.
